  2. Submit your request

    Send your group size and tour choice. We’ll verify the schedule, and we’ll prepare your meeting point instructions.

  3. Receive confirmation

    Once we confirm details after you submit, you’ll get the final confirmation and clear meeting guidance. If plans change, we’ll contact you promptly.

We design every day to feel achievable. Your pace is based on real walking distances, realistic museum time, and public transport schedules, so the itinerary reads like a real day in Europe.

How to read our pace labels

  • “Easy” means lighter walking, more time buffers, and fewer quick transitions.
  • “Comfortable” means steady walking plus timed visits, with breaks planned in.
  • “Active” means you’ll cover more ground and move between stops at a faster rhythm.

A pace label is a guide, not a promise. Conditions can vary by season, crowd levels, and route logistics.

What “coverage” usually looks like

Queues, security lines, and travel timing are accounted for in the plan.

After you submit: we confirm details with you (meeting time and exact logistics). This prevents misleading “instant” confirmation when availability or timing must be finalized.

How to arrive and what to do if you’re delayed

Meeting point & group guidelines

To keep departures on time, we manage the group in clear steps. Please review what to bring, when to arrive, and what happens if you’re delayed.

Arrive early (buffer matters)

Plan to be at the meeting point 10–15 minutes before the stated start time. This gives us time for check-in and group grouping.

Find the landmark, not the crowd

Look for the main landmark near the meeting point. If the group is already formed, join the tour leader where you can clearly see them.

Bring essentials for walking comfort

  • Comfortable shoes for city walking.
  • A small day bag for water and personal items.
  • Weather-appropriate layers (raincoat or light umbrella).
  • Your booking confirmation details.

We depart on time

Once the on-time departure window closes, we will proceed to protect the schedule for everyone on the route. This is why the early arrival buffer is important.

If you’re delayed

If you expect to arrive late, contact the operator as soon as possible using the contact details from your confirmation message.

Skip-the-line and entry availability can’t be guaranteed. Ticketing rules depend on the attraction and the date you select.

What we can confirm

  • After you submit your request, we confirm the details and access arrangements based on current availability.
  • Inclusions and exclusions are finalized per attraction and operating conditions for your specific date.

What we can’t guarantee

  • Skip-the-line access where it isn’t offered on that day, or where entry policies change.
  • Guaranteed entrance capacity at specific times, especially during peak schedules.
  • Guaranteed refunds for changes outside our control, including venue policy updates.

If an attraction restricts entry or changes its ticketing rules, we’ll share the updated access approach as part of your confirmation.
