1. Scope and agreement

These Terms govern your use of cloudmeshia.com for sightseeing tour information, and for submitting booking or lead requests. By using the website and submitting requests, you agree to these Terms.

2. Provider identification and contract information (distance booking)

If you book tours remotely (online), the provider must ensure that users can access specific seller/provider identification and contract-related information directly and easily on the website. See: Закон України "Про електронну комерцію", стаття 7.

Pre-contract information is provided in a clear and comprehensible form. See: Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів", стаття 17.

3. Ordering and confirmations

When you submit a booking/lead request, the site may redirect you to a thank-you page. Confirmation messages and details related to the tour (including relevant terms disclosed during the booking process) are provided in accordance with the information shown on the website at the time of request.

4. Itinerary and information accuracy

We strive to keep tour descriptions and itineraries accurate. However, schedules and route details may change due to operational or safety reasons. Any changes will be communicated when practical and in line with the information provided during the booking process.

5. Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cloudmeshia.com and its LLC provider are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, except where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.

6. Personal data and consent
